THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  KERR
  BANDERA
  MEDINA

* UNTIL 645 AM CDT

* AT 251 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  DEVELOPING OVER KERR...BANDERA AND MEDINA COUNTIES.  THE STORMS
  WERE MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST AT 15 MPH.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. 
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND. PARENTS ARE URGED TO KEEP THEIR CHILDREN AWAY
FROM THE RAPIDLY MOVING CREEKS AND STREAMS.
