LLANO KENDALL BEXAR * UNTIL 400 AM CDT * AT 200 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED CLUSTERS OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...WITH AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN... MOVING ACROSS THE COUNTIES OF LLANO...KENDALL AND BEXAR. HEAVY RAINS ARE EXPECTED OVER THESE COUNTIES FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS. EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THESE STORMS WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS IMMINENT.
