REAL GUADALUPE * UNTIL 700 AM CDT * AT 445 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WITH RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO 3 INCHES AN HOUR OVER THE WARNED COUNTIES. THE STORMS WERE MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHWEST AT 15 MPH. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
