THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  HAYS

* UNTIL 630 AM CDT

* AT 351 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  FROM PEDERNALES STATE PARTK TO NEAR WIMBERLY.  THE STORMS WERE 
  MOVING NORTHWEST AT 15 MPH.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. 
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.  PARENTS ARE URGED TO KEEP THEIR CHILDREN OUT 
OF SWOLLEN CREEKS AND STREAMS.
