* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  ATASCOSA
  KARNES

* UNTIL 700 AM CDT

* AT 258 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN 
  MOVING NORTHEAST AT 15 MPH INTO SOUTHERN ATASCOSA AND WESTERN 
  KARNES COUNTIES.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY. 
MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.  PARENTS ARE STRONGLY URGED TO KEEP THEIR
