AS THESE VORTICIES COLLIDE WITH THE MOIST AND UNSTABLE AIR MASS OVER SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS AND THE HILL COUNTRY TONIGHT AND FRIDAY...EXPECT MORE LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN EVENTS ON TOP OF WHAT WEVE ALREADY RECEIVED LAST NIGHT AND TODAY.
