* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  GUADALUPE

* UNTIL 115 AM CST

* GERONIMO CREEK AT GERONIMO HAS RISEN TO 12 FEET IN THE LAST TWO 
HOURS.  THIS WILL BRING A RISE ON GERONIMO CREEK IN SEGUIN TO NEAR 
15 FEET AT HIGHWAY 90A.  THIS WILL THREATEN THE LOWEST HOMES IN THE 
ELM WOOD SUBDIVISION.  RESIDENTS SHOULD PREPARE FOR RISING WATER NOW.
