200 AM CST FRI NOV 16 2001

THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  LEE

* UNTIL 400 AM CST

* AT 200 AM...AMATEUR RADIO WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED ONLY LIGHT 
RAIN BUT CONTINUED FLASH FLOODING ALONG AND NEAR YEGUA CREEK IN 
NORTHWEST LEE COUNTY NEAR THE BORDER WITH BASTROP AND WILLIAMSON 
COUNTIES.  THE RAINFALL HAD CONTINUED MOVING TOWARD THE NORTHEAST AT 
15 MPH.

EVERYONE IS URGED TO STAY OUT OF DEEP WATER UNTIL THE FLASH FLOODING 
HAS SUBSIDED ALONG LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND CROSSINGS OF NORMALLY DRY 
CREEKS AND STREAMS.
