THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  WILLIAMSON
  TRAVIS
  LEE
  BASTROP
  HAYS
  CALDWELL
  COMAL
  GUADALUPE
  
* UNTIL 2 AM CST

FLASH FLOODING WILL CONTINUE INTO THE EARLY HOURS OF FRIDAY MORNING. 
AS TRAINING THUNDERSTORMS MOVE SOUTHWEST TO NORTHEAST ACROSS THE 
AREA.  STREAMS AND CREEKS WILL REMAIN OUT OF BANKS.  TRAVEL WILL BE 
EXTREMELY DANGEROUS...AND LOW WATER CROSSINGS SHOULD BE AVOIDED.  
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE COMPUTER MODELS INDICATE THAT RAINS WILL 
REDEVELOP OVERNIGHT MAINLY TO THE SOUTH OF SAN ANTONIO...SPREADING 
NORTH AND EAST.   

A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IS
IMMINENT. MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES. DO NOT
ATTEMPT TO CROSS BRIDGES...DIPS...OR OTHER LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS
THE ROADWAY. NEVER TRY TO CROSS A FLOWING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL
ONE...ON FOOT. TO ESCAPE RISING WATER MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND.
