THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  BURNET
  LLANO
  BLANCO

* UNTIL 1000 AM CST

* AT 654 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE NEXRAD RADAR INDICATED THAT 
UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAD ALREADY FALLEN OVER MUCH OF LLANO AND 
BURNET COUNTIES...WITH UP TO 4 INCHES IN PARTS OF BLANCO COUNTY.  
SOILS OVER THE THREE COUNTIES ARE ALREADY SATURATED AND FLASH 
FLOODING WILL DEVELOP VERY QUICKLY.  

EVERYONE IS REMINDED THAT MOST WEATHER RELATED DEATHS ARE DUE TO 
DRIVING VEHICLES INTO FLOODING.  DO NOT DRIVE INTO DEEP WATER... 
ESPECIALLY IF IT IS MOVING QUICKLY.
