THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  KERR

* UNTIL 930 AM CST

* AT 630 AM...LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS REPORTED HEAVY RAINFALL WITH 
UP TO 4 INCH ACCUMULATIONS IN WESTERN KERR COUNTY.  FLASH FLOODING 
IS TAKING PLACE BETWEEN INGRAM...HUNT...AND MOUNTAIN HOME...WITH 
SOME ROADS ALREADY CLOSED.

DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS
SAFELY. VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE ABANDONED QUICKLY.
