THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  EDWARDS
  VAL VERDE

* UNTIL 800 AM CST

* AT 521 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  ACROSS MUCH OF EASTERN VAL VERDE COUNTY AND WESTERN EDWARDS 
COUNTY.  THE STORMS WERE MOVING TOWRD THE EAST AT 20 MPH.  RAINFALL 
ESTIMAGED AT BETWEEN 2 AND 3 INCHES HAS FALLEN OVER THE TWO 
COUNTIESS AND FLASH FLOODING IS LIKELY IN THE NEXT 30 MINUTES.
