THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
  KENDALL
  BEXAR

* UNTIL 900 AM CST

* AT 607 AM...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED VERY HEAVY RAIN
  FROM 15 MILES NORTHEAST OF BOERNE TO 3 MILES SOUTHWEST OF SAN
  ANTONIO...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.

NEXRAD RADAR INDICATES THAT UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS ALREADY 
FALLEN ACROSS MUCH OF KENDALL COUNTY...WITH BETWEEN 1 AND 2 INCHES 
OVER MUCH OF BEXAR COUNTY.  WITH SOILS SATURATED FROM RAINFALL IN 
THE PAST 24 HOURS...FLASH FLOODING WILL OCCUR RAPIDLY.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM THIS STORM WILL CAUSE FLASH FLOODING OF SMALL 
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...CREEKS 
AND STREAMS AND OTHER LOW LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLASH FLOODING.
