GENERAL ATMOSPHERIC DYNAMICS AND WINDS ARE LIGHT...THUS MUCH OF THIS ACTIVITY IS BEING CAUSED BY NUMEROUS OUTFLOW BOUNDARIES FROM PREVIOUS CONVECTION. THE LATEST IR SATELLITE ANIMATION SHOWS A RATHER IMPRESSIVE SIGNATURE OF THE ON-GOING STORMS OVER ANDREWS...MIDLAND AND ODESSA.
