ECTOR COUNTY IN TEXAS * UNTIL 1000 PM CDT * AT 805 PM CDT...WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN FROM NEAR GOLDSMITH SOUTHWEST TO NEAR NOTREES...MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH. * SOME LOCATIONS AFFECTED BY THIS FLASH FLOOD WARNING INCLUDE...
