FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  715 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...

AT 410 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED MORE
THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN OVER ASHTABULA COUNTY. THESE STORMS ARE
MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH AND WILL MOVE INTO ERIE COUNTY WITH ADDITIONAL
HEAVY RAINS. SKYWARN OBSERVERS IN WEST SPRINGFIELD IN ERIE COUNTY
REPORTED 4.30 INCHES OF RAIN AS OF 415 PM THIS AFTERNOON.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
