WITH TORRENTIAL DOWNPOURS JUST SOUTHWEST OF MT. GILEAD. RADAR ESTIMATES
ABOUT 1.5 TO 2.O INCHES OF RAIN FELL BETWEEN 130 AND 230 PM THIS
AFTERNOON. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING EAST AT 20 MPH.
