AT 355 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS
PRODUCING HEAVY RAINS OVER THE CITY KIRTLAND IN LAKE COUNTY. THIS STORM
WAS MOVING EAST AT 15 TO 20 MPH. RADAR ESTIMATES ABOUT 2.O TO 2.4 INCHES
OF RAIN FELL BETWEEN 250 PM AND 350 PM.
