AT 314 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS
WITH HEAVY RAIN OVER PORTIONS OF SUMMIT COUNTY. THESE STORMS WERE MOVING
EAST AT 20 MPH. SKYWARN REPORTED 1 INCH RAINFALL IN 10 MINUTES IN THE CI
OF COPLEY.
