FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  745 PM EDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN  PENNSYLVANIA

AT 442 PM NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR SHOWED THUNDERSTORMS
WITH HEAVY DOWNPOURS OVER CRAWFORD COUNTY. DOPPLER RADAD ESTIMATES ABOUT
1.5 TO 1.75 INCHES OF RAIN FELL BETWEEN 330 AND 430 PM. THESE STORMS
WERE MOVING EAST 20 MPH...WITH ADDITIONAL HEAVY RAINS EXPECTED. SOME
FLOODING IS EXPECTED NEAR THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
