MODERATE RAIN HAS PERSISTED FOR THE PAST THREE HOURS OVER BLANCO COUNTY.
RAINFALL TOTALS OF UP TO 8 INCHES HAVE BEEN REPORTED AROUND THE COUNTY
AND FLASH FLOODING CONTINUES ON CREEKS AND STREAMS ACROSS THE COUNTY.
