FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  545 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...BANDERA COUNTY...KENDALL COUNTY...KERR COUNTY...REAL COUNTY
 
AT 240 AM CDT THUNDERSTORMS WITH VERY HEAVY RAIN CONTINUE ACROSS THE
TEXAS HILL COUNTRY. EVEN THOUGH THE RAIN HAS LET UP IN SOME AREAS...
RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 3 INCHES COULD FALL BETWEEN NOW AND 5AM.
 
THIS ALONG WITH THE RAINFALL FROM EARLIER THIS EVENING WILL CONTINUE TO
THREATEN CREEKS AND LOW LYING AREAS.
 
A FLASH FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS OCCURRING OR IMMINENT.
MOST FLASH FLOOD DEATHS OCCUR IN AUTOMOBILES.  DO NOT ATTEMPT TO
CROSS BRIDGES...OR LOW SPOTS IF WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY.  NEVER TRY
TO CROSS A FLO8WING STREAM...EVEN A SMALL ONE...ON FOOT TO ESCAPE
RISING WATER DURING THREATENING RAINS.
