THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN AUSTIN/SAN ANTONIO HAS ISSUED A
FLASH FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  700 AM CDT
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING LOCATION...
 
IN SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS
 
   ...WILSON COUNTY
 
AT 330 AM STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WITH HEAVY RAIN WERE MOVING ACROSS
BEXAR COUNTY TOWARD WILSON COUNTY WHERE EARLIER THIS EVENING AS MUCH
AS 6 INCHES FELL.
 
RUNOFF IS STILL OCCURRING FROM PREVIOUS STORMS AND CREEKS AND LOW
WATER CROSSINGS ARE STILL FULL.  ADDITIONAL RAIN FROM THE STORMS
WHICH WILL MOVE ACROSS THE COUNTY BETWEEN 400 AM AND 600 AM WILL
ONLY COMPOUND THE PROBLEMS.
 
 
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF FLOODS AND FLASH FLOODS.  IF FLASH FLOODING IS OBSERVED
ACT QUICKLY.  MOVE UP TO HIGHER GROUND TO ESCAPE FLOOD WATERS.  DO
NOT STAY IN AREAS SUBJECT TO FLOODING WHEN WATER BEGINS RISING.
