WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL 515 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF NEBRASKA
      HOLT...BOYD

AT 415 PM CDT RADAR INDICATED RAPIDLY DEVELOPING THUNDERSTORMS
OVER HOLT COUNTY ABOUT 15 MILES SOUTHWEST OF ONEILL AND ANOTHER
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM LOCATED 15 MILES NORTHWEST OF ONEILL.

THESE STORMS ARE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.

THIS WARNING INCLUDES THE TOWNS OF ONEILL..ATKINSON AND EMMET.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS...LARGE HAIL...DEADLY
LIGHTNING AND VERY HEAVY RAIN THAT CAN QUICKLY FLOOD A LOW LYING
AREA.  SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS CAN ALSO PRODUCE A TORNADO WITH LITTLE
OR NO WARNING.
