THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WARNING 
EFFECTIVE UNTIL 515 PM CDT FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING 
COUNTIES

   IN THE NORTH CENTRAL PART OF NEBRASKA
      HOLT...BOYD

AT 440 PM CDT SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED 20 MILES NORTH
OF ONEILL...JUST WEST OF ONEILL AND 10 MILES SOUTHEAST OF O NEILL.
NUMEROUS REPORTS OF FUNNEL CLOUDS HAVE COME FROM THESE STORMS AS
THEY MOVE TO THE NORTH-NORTHEAST AT 25 MPH.

THE COMMUNITIES OF O NEIL...ATKINSON...SPENCER...AND LYNCH
ARE INCLUDED IN THIS WARNING.

ACT QUICKLY.  TAKE SHELTER IN THE INNERMOST PORTION OF THE BUILDING
ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.  GET TO A BASEMENT IF POSSIBLE.  AVOID WINDOWS.
