THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TOLEDO HAS ISSUED A
SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  230 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN NORTHWEST OHIO
          ...FULTON...LUCAS
 
AT 1130 PM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED RAIN... HEAVY AT TIMES... OVER
NORTHWEST OHIO. THE HEAVIEST RAIN WAS OVER LUCAS AND FULTON COUNTIES.
THE FULTON COUNTY SHERRIFF'S OFFICE REPORTED WATER ON SOME ROADS.
ALSO... THE STATE HIGHWAY PARTROL STATED THAT HIGH WATER SIGNS WERE
POSTED ON BANCROFT STREET IN LUCAS COUNTY NEAR SECOR METROPARK. WATER
ON ROADS WILL CONTINUE TO RISE AS THE RAIN CONTINUES INTO THE MORNING
HOURS. FLOODING WILL BE MORE SEVERE NEAR SMALL STREAMS THAT ARE
OVERFLOWING THEIR BANKS.
 
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
