SMALL STREAM AND URBAN FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  430 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO
          ...ERIE...HURON
IN NORTHEAST OHIO
          ...CUYAHOGA...LAKE...LORAIN...MEDINA
 
AT 1225 AM RADAR WAS SHOWING AREAS OF HEAVY RAIN MOVING ACROSS THE
LAKESHORE COUNTIES OF OHIO. RAINFALL AMOUNTS SINCE MID-AFTERNOON HAVE
BEEN AROUND AN INCH. WITH THE GROUND SATURATED AND THE RAIN HEAVY AT
TIMES FLOODING OF STREAMS AND CREEKS WILL BE COMMON. ALSO PONDING OF
WATER ON ROADS WILL OCCUR. RAINFALL HEAVY AT TIMES WILL CONTINUE
THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALL5OW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
