SMALL STREAM FLOOD WARNING EFFECTIVE UNTIL  430 AM EST
FOR PEOPLE IN THE FOLLOWING COUNTIES...
 
IN NORTH CENTRAL OHIO
          ...OTTAWA...SANDUSKY...SENECA...WYANDOT
IN NORTHWEST OHIO
          ...HANCOCK...HENRY...PUTNAM...WOOD
 
AT 125 AM WEATHER RADAR INDICATED RAIN... HEAVY AT TIMES... COVERING
MOST OF NORTHWEST OHIO. SHERRIFF'S OFFICES HAVE REPORTED NUMEROUS
ROADS COVERED WITH WATER. THE WATER WILL CONTINUE TO RISE AS THE RAIN
CONTINUES THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING HOURS. ALSO FLOODING NEAR STREAMS
THAT ARE RUNNING NEAR BANKFUL WILL BE MORE SEVERE.
 
DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE
ROADWAY.  THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO
CROSS SAFELY.  VCEHICLES CAUGHT IN RISING WATER SHOULD BE
ABANDONED QUICKLY.  MOVE TO HIGHER GROUND.
