Low pressure system from the west moved over Maine, late on 02/10 into 02/11. Occluded front moves over the state, bringing precipitation in the form of snow from west to southeast. Low began to slow down over eastern Maine, and alongside a surface low developing, heaviest snowfall occurred over eastern Maine. Warning criteria snowfall occurred in central and costal Washington county, with accumulations around 7-9 inches during the afternoon of the 11th. Storm total accumulations around 6-8 inches in southern Aroostook. Northern and eastern Aroostook, alongside Hancock county, had accumulations around 3-5 inches. The rest of the Central Highlands, Upper Penobscot Valley, and Bangor region received about 2-4 inches.
