Snow started around 0400MST on April 2nd at Lolo Pass, lasting through about 0200MST on April 3rd. Approximately seven inches of total snow fell, and air temperatures dropped as low as twenty-eight degrees. Peak snowfall intensities occurred midday on April 2nd, with two inches accumulating in three hours. At Elk City, rain changed to snow around midnight Pacific Standard Time.
