Denner Road was flooded between Paul Avenue and San Juan Grade Road.
The PG&E station at Pine Mountain Fire Road reported a wind gust of 65 mph.
The PG&E station at Healdsburg Hills North reported a wind gust of 64 mph.
The PG&E station at North Peak Access Road reported a wind gust of 60 mph.
The downtown San Francisco station reported 1.14 inches of rain, breaking the daily record for November 17.
Roadway flooding was reported in multiple locations in downtown Oakland, including the Jackson St onramp to northbound Interstate 880, the transition between northbound Interstate 880 to Interstate 980, and the transition between westbound Interstate 580 to eastbound California Highway 24.
Roadway flooding was reported on the connectors between eastbound California Highway 12 and northbound US Highway 101 and westbound Highway 12 to southbound Highway 101.
Flooding was reported in the number 1, 2, and 3 lanes of southbound US Highway 101 at Holly Street, and in the number 1 and 2 lanes of northbound US Highway 101 between California Highway 92 and Ralston Street.
Roadway flooding was reported at the offramp from southbound Interstate 280 at Eastmoore Boulevard. The offramp was completely flooded with 12 inches of water on the road.
Flooding was reported in the right three lanes of eastbound Interstate 580 and the offramp to Redwood Road.
Roadway flooding was reported on the right lane of northbound Interstate 880 just south of Winton Avenue.
Flooding was reported on northbound US Highway 101 at the Lucky Road offramp.
Flooding was reported on southbound US Highway 101 north of Millbrae.
A slide was reported on California highway 1 at Nepenthe.
Tree was downed on Empire Grade near the Cal Fire Ben Lomond station.
