Visibility dropped to one-half mile or less for roughly one to two hours due to a combination of wind gusts as high as 43 mph at a Nebraska Mesonet station near Concord and snowfall which was 1.0 inch at Newcastle and 0.5 inch near Wakefield. Travel conditions were poor during the lowest visibility.
