The media reports a two vehicle accident in Coleman County, 2 miles east of Santa Anna on US 84/67, due to slick and icy roads.
The Abilene PD reports multiple accidents this morning in and around Abilene due to slick and icy roads.
The Menard County Emergency Coordinator is reporting freezing rain/sleet in Menard. Also, Highway 29 is icy.
There was one fatality along US 277, 8 miles north of Eldorado due to vehicular accident caused by icy roads.
