Bands of snow showers that formed along a surface trough caused 1 to 3 inches of snow to accumulate across east central Pennsylvania with around an inch or less of snow accumulating elsewhere across eastern Pennsylvania. Snow began during the late afternoon on the 28th, but increased in intensity during the evening on the 28th when most of the accumulation took place. The snow ended shortly after Midnight EST on the 29th. |Specific accumulations included 3.0 inches in Williams Township (Northampton County), 2.7 inches in Morrisville (Bucks County), 1.7 inches in Springtown (Bucks County), 1.5 inches in Conshohocken (Montgomery County), 1.2 inches at the Philadelphia International Airport and 1.1 inches at the Lehigh Valley International.
