A winter storm brought heavy snow to parts of the North-Central Mountains and Front Range Foothills. Storm totals included: 17 inches at Aspen Springs, 14.5 inches, 20 miles southwest of Boulder, 13 inches, 7 miles southwest of Boulder and Lake Eldora, 12.5 inches, 3 miles north of Blackhawk, 11.5 inches, 1 mile northwest of Nederland and at Rollinsville, 11 inches, 8 miles northwest of Evergreen, 2 miles southwest of Golden and at Gross Reservoir, and 10 inches at Cabin Creek.
