A WEAK VORT LOBE EXTENDING DOWN OVER THE NC FOOTHILLS THIS MORNING WILL MOVE SLOWLY OFF TO THE EAST THIS AFTERNOON WHILE THE MAIN SHORT WAVE OVER THE MS VALLEY REGION WILL NOT MAKE IT FAR ENUF EAST BY THE END OF THE DAY.
