AND AT THE LOWER LEVELS...STRONG SOUTHWEST WINDS DOMINATE ALONG THE
FRONT RANGE.  MID LEVEL WINDS 45-55 KTS IN NORTHERN HALF OF CWA AND
SURFACE PRESSURE GRADIENT REMAINS QUITE STRONG THROUGH EARLY
AFTERNOON. EXPECT WINDS TO BEGIN ABATING BY MID AFTERNOON.   A FAIR
AMOUNT OF MOISTURE ADVECTING IN WITH THE STRONG SOUTHWEST FLOW...
