THUS...WILL MAINTAIN POPS...ALTHOUGH MAY TWEAK.  SOME BREAKS IN THE
CLOUDS OVER SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS MAY ALLOW THUNDERSTORMS TO DEVELOP
AND WILL ADD THEM THERE.  TEMPERATURES RISING THROUGH THE 70S DUE TO
THOSE BREAKS AND WILL RAISE A CATEGORY OR SO.  MAY TWEAK WINDS A
LITTLE AS WELL.  04/03.
