AN UPPER LEVEL LOW PRESSURE AREA COMBINED WITH DAYTIME HEATING WILL SET THE STAGE FOR THE DEVELOPMENT THUNDERSTORMS...SOME OF WHICH MAY BE SEVERE ACROSS THE REGION THIS AFTERNOON AND INTO THE EVENING.
