DEEP LAYER MOISTURE IS FORECAST TO BE 70 PERCENT OR GREATER ACROSS SOUTH FLORIDA AS IT CIRCULATES INTO MID/UPPER LEVEL LOW WHICH CONTINUES TO SLOWLY RETROGRADE OVER TENNESSEE VALLEY. LEADING EDGE OF TROPICAL WAVE IS NEAR 72W AND MOVING WEST NORTHWEST AT 15 KNOTS. THIS WOULD BRING THE WAVE THROUGH SOUTH FLORIDA WEDNESDAY NIGHT.
