CREATED A FAIRLY STRONG P-GRAD DOWN THE SJV WITH WINDS GUSTING 20 TO
30 MPH AT TIMES JUST ABOUT EVERYWHERE. WINDS IN THE KERN DESERTS
HAVE ALSO BEEN GUSTY...ESPECIALLY NEAR MOJAVE...AND HAVE ISSUED WAD
FOR THAT AREA. UPPER RIDGE WILL BEGIN BUILDING OVER THE AREA
TONIGHT. THIS WILL PUSH THE UPPER JET FARTHER NORTH...ALLOWING GRADS
TO RELAX AND DECOUPLE AFTER SUNSET. FOR WED AND THURS...UPPER RIDGE
STRENGTHENS OVER THE REGION WITH CLEAR SKIES AND WARMING TEMPS...AND
USUAL DIURNAL BREEZES.
IN THE EXTENDED...MODELS CONT TO GIVE MIXED SIGNALS ON STRENGTH AND
