Rains of 2 inches in 90 minutes was measured in the East End of Charleston between 1715 and 1845E. Runoff from the hillsides and streets flooded and blocked Interstate 64 near Greenbrier Street. The Interstate was closed for over an hour. Minor stream flooding occurred around homes in Blackhawk Hollow. A pickup truck was submerged on Wertz Ave. in East Charleston.
