An ocean storm east of Cape Cod produced strong and gusty, northeast winds along the coast. The wind downed trees and limbs onto power lines causing scattered power outages in York, Eliot, and South Berwick. Fallen trees damaged a house and two vehicles in Rockland. Winds gusted to 41 mph (measured) in Rockland and Portland.
