A cluster of showers with strong gusty winds moved through the northern tier of Pennsylvania late in the afternoon on the 16th. Across northern Bradford county, wind gusts produced some damage. Emergency management personnel reported that two dairy barns sustained damage in the northeastern corner of the county in Ridgebury and Herrick townships. In Herrick township, large slabs of lumber from the fallen barn were blown across a nearby roadway and had to be cleared.
