* At 935 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2.0 and 4 inches of
rain have fallen overnight. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

heavy rain across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain
have fallen overnight and this morning. Conditions favorable for
flash flooding will continue through early afternoon.
HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.

AFTERNOON FOR VAN BUREN COUNTY...
At 1232 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated showers moving east across
portions of north central and central Arkansas. Although no
additional heavy rainfall is expected this afternoon, runoff from
previous heavy rainfall will contribute to a flash flooding
potential early this afternoon.
