At 312 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Doppler radar and automated gauges. Between 1 to 3
         inches of rain have fallen over the last hour with as
         much as 4  to 6 inches of rain reported since Wednesday
         morning. River gauges  along area creeks/rivers are
         showing rapid rises.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
         highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
         drainage and low lying areas.
