* Until 830 AM CDT.

* At 431 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated 
  thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 
  1.5 and 4 inches of rain has fallen. Several river gauges have 
  shown rapid rises including the Spring River at Hardy which is 
  above 10 feet as of 430 AM. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected 
  to begin shortly, seek shelter or higher ground if necessary!

  HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

  SOURCE...Doppler radar and automated gauges.

  IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
           highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
           drainage and low lying areas.
