At 653 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located 7 miles southwest of Wellsville, moving east at 15 mph. Winds in excess of 40 mph and half inch hail are possible with this storm, in addition to torrential downpours. Locations impacted include... Whitesville, Alma, Little Genesee, Stannards and Paynesville. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause localized flooding.
