...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT NORTHEASTERN ONTARIO COUNTY...

At 648 AM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Canandaigua,
moving east at 35 mph.

Pea size hail is possible with this storm.

Locations impacted include...
Geneva, Canandaigua, Clifton Springs, Phelps, Farmington, Manchester,
Shortsville, Seneca Castle, Seneca Lake State Park and West Junius.

This includes Interstate 90 between exits 43 and 42.
 
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm.
