...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL AFFECT CAYUGA COUNTY...

At 930 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located over Cato, or 11
miles west of Baldwinsville, moving southeast at 15 mph.

Winds in excess of 40 mph and pea size hail are possible with this
storm.

Locations impacted include...
Cato and Meridian. 

This includes Interstate 90 near exit 40.
 
Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm, and may cause
localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
